Each invoice line (BG-25) must contain the item net price (BT-146). The message says "shall contain the", not "shall have". The published test checks that a price amount exists. It does not compare that amount with zero. The context is the invoice line or the credit note line.
Add a price amount on each invoice line or credit note line. That element is the item net price (BT-146).
