An Invoice that contains an Invoice line (BG-25) where the Invoiced item VAT category code (BT-151) is "IPSI" shall contain the Seller VAT Identifier (BT-31), the Seller tax registration identifier (BT-32) and/or the Seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63).

If an invoice line uses the VAT category "IPSI", the invoice must contain the Seller VAT Identifier (BT-31), the Seller tax registration identifier (BT-32) and/or the Seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63). The statement names no buyer identifier and lowercases "tax" in "Seller tax registration identifier". The published test looks for a line category code M whose tax scheme is VAT. The negative branch calls exists and still requires that tax scheme, written cbc:ID))='VAT' with no space before =.
On a line coded M, send at least one of BT-31, BT-32, or BT-63.
