An identifier scheme identifier must use one of the ISO 6523 ICD list. The statement says MUST and ends with a period. The context is cac:PartyIdentification/cbc:ID[@schemeID]. The test reads @schemeID. The rule page has two spaces before or. Collapse keeps one. The stored test keeps that one space. The second branch allows SEPA when the identifier sits under the seller or the payee. The test does not call exists.
Set schemeID on a party identification to an ISO 6523 ICD code with no space. SEPA is also allowed on the seller or the payee.

Passes the stated condition. A party identification schemeID is 0002, with no space. SEPA on the seller or the payee passes the second branch.
