Each Invoice line allowance (BG-27) must contain an Invoice line allowance reason (BT-139) or an Invoice line allowance reason code (BT-140), or both. The statement says "shall contain", not "shall have", and it ends with a period. The context starts with // and writes ChargeIndicator = false() with spaces around =. The published test is exists on the reason or exists on the reason code.
On each invoice line allowance, send an Invoice line allowance reason (BT-139), an Invoice line allowance reason code (BT-140), or both.
Illustration of the condition in the official statement. Not an example published by the source.
