A UBL invoice should not include the LineCountNumeric. The statement says "should not include the LineCountNumeric", not "shall", and it has no period. The flag is warning. The context is the same string as BR-CO-18. The published test is not(cbc:LineCountNumeric). It does not call exists. It reads a cbc child and no cac parent.
Leave LineCountNumeric out of the UBL invoice.
